Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. To start a return, contact us at justforfunbeadsandsew@gmail.com with your order number.
Non-Returnable Items Due to the handmade nature of our products, the following are final sale:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Sale items
- Loose beads and craft components (for hygiene and quality reasons)
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges We replace items that arrive damaged or defective. Email us at [your email] with a photo of the issue within 7 days of delivery.
Shipping Costs Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
